Thank you for choosing PureBreathe™. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Original tamper-evident seal intact
  • In original packaging with all included accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Support@purebreathe.shop with your order number.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Package the item securely and clearly mark the RA number on the outside.
  4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method.
No restocking fees apply.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • Final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund.

International Orders

Customers outside the United States (including Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, and other regions) are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, GST, or customs fees. These charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
